We're starting the New Year off with an addition to our family. My niece delivered the New Year Baby for our area! Her first baby, a bouncing baby boy, was born after midnight this morning. He's getting a big birthday welcome with news coverage on his first day :)

I found the picture at a card site. The artist is David Stoecklien, and inside the greeting card it reads: “A New Birth, A New Year, Happy Holidays"
Pretty darn fitting ;-)
